Megan & Preston were married at a lovely evening ceremony at the beautifully rustic Oak Hill Weddings in Apple River, near Galena Illinois. Their wedding was full of color, laughter, and happy tears. And boots. Lots and lots of boots.

A traditional ceremony had it's own unique spins as Megan and Preston combined corn kernels and soybeans instead of the typical unity candle or sand ceremony and Preston's dad shared a heartfelt message to the couple during the ceremony.

Adding to the uniqueness was the incorporation of  several vehicles scattered throughout  Oak Hill's farm - Preston's pickup truck, Megan's tractor, and a vintage 36 Chevy that was owned by Preston's great-grandfather and restored by Preston and his dad..
