Hi, I'm Ryan.

This is supposed to be an "about me" section, but really I'm much more interested in you. But ok...here we go: I'm a storytelller, and my camera is my tool for that. Whether it's a wedding or portrait session my focus is to tell your story - and not to be your story. I'm easy-going and don't take myself to seriously, which helps me get the real you to shine through in your story.

I'm very much in tune with those tiny, little moments that turn out to really be the BIG moments when you look back on them - A whisper and a shared smile between a bride a groom, the tears welling up in a father's eyes as he sees his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time, a toddler laughing while he rides on his dancing dad's shoulders.:) For weddings especially, I want you to remember more than just how the day looked when you gaze at your photos. I want you to remember how it felt. All the motion and emotion of the day - the joy, the tears, the absurdity, the passion, the humor, the beauty, the character, and all the little moments that make life worth remembering.

And good news...those awkward looks, stone-faces, and overly-posed, stiff images are out! My easy-going nature and style of posing people naturally and catching them in the moment means that we will actually have FUN during that creative portrait session.

At the end of it all I deliver more to my clients than just a bunch of photographs.
